We have an i-Series (270 spec'd out for ST and QP)running Dom 5.0.11 and QP 3 and ST 3.0a; all the latest cums, groups and ptfs are on, including the hotfix for 5.0.11 and QP.
Both servers are running properly and I have done all necessary in the technote: "QuickPlace 3.0: How to enable SameTime Chat and Awareness".
SSO is working and the ST server is looking up to the QP server for user authentication through LDAP.
Problem:
The awareness/ST integration piece in any of the QuickPlace is not working at all. I don't see a gray dot next to the name of the authenticated user, nor is there a chat link, nor an opportunity to click on the user's name and change the status.
I have searched this and the QP forums for any suggestions but with no success.
Anything anyone can suggest will be greatly appreciated!
